We begin by getting to know you and your project. Ideally, we meet in the space where the artwork will live so we can experience the environment firsthand.

During this meeting we talk about:

• Your vision and expectations

• What matters most to you about the project

• The character of the space

• Budget and scope

We may also discuss inspiration—images, ideas, or experiences that resonate with you.

Using what we’ve learned, we begin researching and developing several conceptual directions for the project. These concepts respond to the site, your goals, and our artistic approach.

We meet again to present these directions. Together we discuss the ideas, refine what resonates most, and select a strong direction to pursue.

With a clear direction established, we continue developing the work—refining materials, scale, and details. This stage shapes the concept into a fully realized proposal.

We present the refined concept and finalize the project plan, including:

• The selected design

• Budget and pricing

• Timeline for production and completion

Once the plan is approved, we begin making the work. When the piece is complete, we coordinate delivery and installation so it lives in the space as intended.
